Who we are
The 30-second version
Wiper Express has done one category since 1991: wiper blades, arms, motors and complete wiper systems. Family built, second generation owned, no outside investors, based in Pine Brook, NJ. We sell our own Autotex and Clix lines, build custom wiper system kits for vehicle and equipment builders, and run private label programs for retailers, truck dealer networks and equipment brands.
- Fitment for vehicles others skip: HD truck, bus, RV, UTV, marine, construction and ag
- Motors and arms, not just blades. One source for the full wiper system
- One account covers Autotex, Clix and private label: one PO, one invoice, one account manager
Three channels
- Aftermarket. Autotex and Clix to distributors, parts stores, service shops, fleets and online at wiperexpress.com.
- Custom wiper system kits. Motor, arm and blade kits for trucks, buses, bodies, trailers and specialty machines, plus service parts for the builder's dealers.
- Private label. Blades, arms, motors and systems under the customer's brand. From 25,000 units a year.
Language rule: for builder work, always say "custom wiper system kits". Wiper Express never appears on a product. "Autotex is a registered brand of Wiper Express."

The quick-change wiper system
Click on.
Click off.
Done.
A starter clip goes on the arm once and stays for the life of the vehicle. Every blade after that clicks on, locks in and comes off without tools.
How it works
Click. Snap. Go.
- 01 · Starter clip, onceOne starter clip per arm, C Clip or L Clip. It stays on the arm for the life of the vehicle.
- 02 · Click the blade onAny Clix Original or Silicone+ blade snaps onto the clip. An audible click confirms the fit.
- 03 · Click it offPress to release. The new blade clicks right back in. Changeouts take seconds, every time.
Anatomy · Clix Original
Every detail engineered.
Tap a point on the blade, or let it walk you through.
Click-on system
Seconds, not minutes.
The blade rotates onto the starter clip and locks with a click. No hooks to line up, no tabs to pry. Faster changeouts mean more blades sold per service visit.
Aerodynamics
Downforce, not wind lift.
The low-profile spoiler uses the air moving over the glass to conform the blade to the windshield, so it plows through heavy rain instead of lifting off.
All-weather flex frame
Four seasons. One blade.
A flexible beam with no exposed joints to ice up. Even pressure across the whole length of the blade in summer heat and winter cold.
Fitment
Two clips. 95%+ of vehicles.
Both starter clips ship in the box. Starter clips are also available for rare wiper arms.
Two tiers

Questions to ask.
- What blade are you selling or installing today, and how long does a changeout take your techs?
- What is your vehicle mix: domestic, import, European, light truck?
- Do you want a good-better shelf (Original plus Silicone+) or one blade across the board?
- Do you need display, planogram or POS material?
- Would a Clix program under your own brand make sense?

Discovery
Qualifying questions
- Whose brand goes on the box, and do they already have wiper SKUs today? Who supplies them?
- Which categories: blades only, or arms, motors and systems too?
- Rough annual volume. Does it clear 25,000 units?
- Retail shelf, fleet program or catalog brand? Planogram or EDI requirements?
- Packaging format in mind, and who owns UPCs and artwork?
- Domestic warehouse, direct import container, or drop ship?
- Target launch date, and who signs off on artwork and samples?
Autotex RV
Built to stock. Built to sell.
The Autotex RV wiper program: 17 heavy-duty blade SKUs from 24" to 40", two turnkey planogram sets, motors, arms and system components, and a free counter lookup that matches the coach to the right blade.
The pitch
Say yes at the counter
The 30-second version
RV owners walk in needing a big blade for a big windshield, and most counters send them away. Autotex RV is one line that covers Class A coaches from 24" to 40": framed and beam blades for both hook and saddle arms, plus the motors, arms and parts behind them. It ships as a category in a box with a floor display, planogram, sell sheets and shelf art, and the free lookup tells the counter exactly which blade fits.
- Heavy-duty jumbo steel frames that hold pressure across big curved coach glass
- 100% natural compression-molded rubber
- Hook blades ship with a saddle mount adapter, so fewer SKUs fit more arms
Why carry it
- Coverage. 581 applications across 39 coach makes. Say yes when an RV owner walks in.
- Margin. The adapter is in the box, so one hook SKU also fits saddle arms. Fewer SKUs, more fits.
- Turnkey. Planogram, display, sell sheets and shelf art. The category arrives ready to sell.
- No guesswork. The lookup matches coach, year and connection to the exact part. No VIN, no login.
- The whole system. 12V and 24V motors, arms and linkage from the same brand.
Autotex RV is part of the Autotex line from Wiper Express: one brand that only makes wipers, engineered in-house and built to a spec, not a price.
Hook or saddle
Match the connection
| Arm connection | What it looks like | Autotex RV series |
|---|---|---|
| 12x4 Jumbo Hook | J-hook that curls back on itself, jumbo size | 74 Series 79 Series |
| 9x4 Standard Hook | Standard J-hook (9x4 or 9x3) on smaller coaches and van chassis | ATXRV Series |
| 13.6/17mm Saddle | Flat bracket with a pin, standard on most Class A diesel coaches | 78 Series |
| 21/27mm Jumbo Saddle | Wide flat bracket with a pin, premium diesel coaches | 78W Series |
Not sure? Look at the end of the arm. A J-hook curls back on itself. A saddle is a flat bracket with a pin. Or skip the guesswork: the coach lookup below gives the connection with the part.

Who to pitch
Three buyers
RV dealers
Dealerships and service centers. Wipers on the PDI and service lane, plus a counter sale for every coach in for service. Lead with the lookup and the Core set.
Distributors
Parts distributors and WDs. One line covers Class A 24" to 40", with turnkey sets, sell sheets and shelf art to push to their dealer and shop accounts. Lead with the Full set and system parts.
Retailers
Auto parts stores with an RV section, and stores near RV parks, campgrounds and highways. Lead with the floor display and the Core set.
Discovery
Questions to ask
- How often does an RV owner ask for a wiper blade you cannot fill today? What do you tell them?
- Who supplies your RV wipers now, and how many sizes and connections do you stock?
- Which coaches come through most: gas or diesel Class A, Class C, van chassis? Which makes?
- Do your people know hook from saddle at the counter, or do customers bring in the old blade?
- How much shelf or floor space could RV have? A compact Core set or the Full 17-SKU line?
- Do you also sell or install motors, arms and linkage, or send that work out?
- Distributors: how many dealer, shop or store accounts would carry the line?
- Who signs off on a new category, and what do you need to see: planogram, sell sheets, pricing?
Objections
What they say. What you say.
| They say | You say |
|---|---|
| "RV blades don't move enough to stock." | 32" and 28" are about three quarters of applications. The 8-SKU Core set covers about 91% of the mapped applications in 37 inches of shelf, so you stock the demand, not the long tail. |
| "Too many SKUs for one category." | Hook blades ship with a saddle adapter, so one SKU fits more arms. Start with the Core set, step up to the Full 17 when the section earns it. |
| "My people won't know which blade fits." | The free lookup does it: pick the coach and it shows the connection and the exact parts. No VIN, no login. |
| "We already carry Trico or PIAA." | Keep what sells. The question is who covers the 36" and 40" jumbo saddle coaches and the motors and arms behind them. Send us their current RV part list and we cross it to Autotex RV. |
| "We just special order RV parts." | Special orders lose the sale to whoever has it on the shelf. With 581 applications on the counter lookup, you can say yes the same day. |
| "We only need blades." | Start with blades. When a coach needs a motor, arm or linkage, it comes from the same brand and the same account: 12V and 24V motors, hook, saddle, DIN, ISO, drum and pin arms, pivots and washer parts. |
| "What does it cost?" | Pricing comes with the planogram and sell sheets for their set. Log the lead with the set they want and we send all three. |
Straight answers
RV FAQ
Hook or saddle: how do I tell?
Look at the end of the arm. A J-hook curls back on itself. A saddle is a flat bracket with a pin. The lookup shows the connection for each coach.
What sizes?
24" to 40" across the line. 32" and 28" are the most common, together nearly three quarters of applications.
Is the adapter included?
Yes. Hook blades (74, 79 and ATXRV) ship with a saddle mount adapter.
Can I cross a competitor part?
Yes. Send the Trico, PIAA or OE numbers and the team crosses them to Autotex RV. Faster still: look the coach up below.
Do you have motors and arms?
Yes, the whole system: 12V and 24V motors, arms, linkage, pivots and washer parts. Tell us the coach and we match the part.
Where can a customer look it up?
rv.autotexwipers.com, Find My Wiper. Free, no VIN, no login. Questions: support@wiperexpress.com or 800-528-3048.
Presenter notes
Running the RV pitch
- Open with the stat cards, then the question: "How often do you send an RV owner away?"
- Hand them the device on the coach lookup. Let them pick a coach they know. The answer with a part number sells the program.
- Show the connection table next. Hook vs saddle is the counter's real fear; the adapter and the lookup remove it.
- Close on the Core or Full set, depending on space, and log it with the RV market and Autotex RV ticked so the follow-up email covers the program.
- Do not quote prices or lead times from this tab. Pricing comes with the planogram and sell sheets.
- The RV numbers here end in RV (for example 78-26RV) and come from rv.autotexwipers.com. The HD74 and HD78 numbers in the Autotex line tab are the catalog heavy-duty blades. Quote the RV numbers for RV customers.

Wendy · Wiper Express AI assistant
Meet Wendy. On every line.
Wendy answers the Wiper Express phone line, website chat and text messages. She finds the right part, crosses competitor numbers, checks live availability, and, once she has verified the account, shares order status, tracking, invoices and the customer's own pricing.
What she does
Her capabilities
01 · Accounts
Customer information
Wendy verifies the account with the company name plus one recent PO number (or a Wiper Express sales order number). Once verified, she shares what is on the account: open orders by PO, shipments, invoices, due dates and payment terms.
"This is [company]. Our last PO was [PO number]. What do we have open?"
Safeguard. Nothing about an account is shared until both match. Two tries, then she hands off to customer service. She never changes ship-to addresses or contacts.
02 · Orders
Order processing and status
Ask about any order by PO or sales order number. Wendy reads back the parts and quantities, what is backordered, what has been sent to the warehouse to ship, and what has shipped, with tracking links in chat and text.
"Has PO [number] shipped yet? Can I get the tracking?"
Good to know. Restock and backorder dates are estimates. New orders, changes, returns and warranty go to customer service, and she can take a message for the team.
03 · Stock
Inventory availability
Give Wendy a part number and she checks live availability from the Wiper Express system: in stock, limited stock, or out of stock with the date more is expected. She recognizes our part numbers, brand and private label numbers and the customer's own part numbers.
"Do you have 0164726.971 in stock?"
Good to know. She only states stock that comes back from the system, never a guess.
04 · Pricing
Account pricing
For a verified customer, Wendy quotes their own account price for a part: price, unit, minimum and quantity breaks, together with availability. Our part number or the customer's own part number both work.
"What's my price on that blade?"
Safeguard. Only prices on file for that verified account. No discounts, no guesses. New pricing and quotes go to the sales team.
05 · Fitment
Product fitment
Give her the year, make and model and Wendy finds the right blades, with driver and passenger sizes when they differ. She covers cars, light trucks, heavy duty trucks, buses, RVs, UTVs and wiper motors, and offers good, better and best: M5 Conventional, M6 Premium, Clix Beam and Clix Silicone Plus.
"What blades fit a 2019 Freightliner Cascadia?"
Good to know. If the fit is not clear, she does not guess. She confirms the part with the customer or refers them to customer service.
06 · Cross reference
Cross reference
Wendy crosses competitor and original part numbers, such as Trico, Bosch, Anco, NAPA and Valeo, to the Autotex equivalent, then checks availability on our part right away.
"I have a Bosch 4816. What's your part?"
Good to know. She confirms the crossed part number with the customer before they order.
07 · Documents
Invoices and documents
A verified customer can ask for a copy of an invoice, a statement or an order confirmation. Wendy passes the request to the team, and it goes out to the email address on file for the account.
"Can you send me a copy of the invoice for PO [number]?"
Safeguard. Documents only go to the email on file. A request to send somewhere else is flagged for the team to verify first.
08 · Links
Order online
Once the part is identified, Wendy shares the product link on wiperexpress.com right in the chat or text, so the customer can order it on the spot.
"Send me the link so I can order two."
Good to know. She only shares links that come back from the website, never a made-up address.
09 · Routing
The right person, fast
Wendy knows the business hours, takes a message with the details the team needs, and routes the customer: customer service, sales, accounting for balances and payments, and the Wexco team for Wexco customers.
"I need to talk to someone about a damaged shipment."
Good to know. Messages go to the team with name, company, email, phone and the reason, for follow-up during business hours.

Running the Wendy demo
- Start with a part question: fitment or a cross reference. It lands in seconds and needs no account.
- Then show the safeguard: say "I'm a customer, where's my order?" and let Wendy ask for the company name and a recent PO. Nothing is shared until both match.
- Verified, ask for open orders, tracking and a price. Pricing is the customer's own account price only.
- Close on reach: the same Wendy answers the phone line, the website chat and text messages.
- Do not use a real customer's account in front of another customer. Use the demo account (signed-in reps see it beside the chat).
